And So The Journey Begins...

It's January 1, 2021 and I've officially launched my blog. My name is Elizabeth Knicely. I am an (almost) 35 year old wife and mother of 3. I'm also a pet owner of 3, I'm a type 1 diabetic and am dealing with several other autoimmune disorders and complications because of the disorders. My Hubby and I have been married for 16 years and together for 17 years on the 10th of January . Kid 1 is 16 years old, Kid 2 is 14 years old, and Kid 3 is 10 years old. Our older two kids are involved in Marching Band, so don't be surprised if I post a lot about football and Marching Band during the fall. The picture is actually from our Disney World trip before the pandemic where my kids marched at Magic Kingdom. Kid 3 is physically disabled and has had a lot of medical trauma. I started imagining this blog shortly after he was born in 2010 as I knew he was going to need too much of my time for me to be able to go back to work. I have focused a lot on cooking in the last 10 years. I will be sharing recipes that I love. I also like to do crafty DIY projects, so those will be posted as well.
