PREP TIME: 10 Minutes

COOK TIME: 50 Minutes

TOTAL TIME: 1 Hour

Yield: 6 servings

INGREDIENTS:

5 Strips of Bacon, cooked and diced

2 Chicken Breasts - Cut Into Chunks

Salt, to taste

Pepper, to taste

4 tbsp Butter

3 Cloves of Garlic, minced.

3/4 cup Milk

1/4 cup Heavy Cream

1 cup Chicken Broth

3 tbsp All-Purpose Flour

3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

2 tbsp Fresh Parsley

1 (12 oz) box Bowtie Pasta

Garlic Knots, for serving.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. First, cook the five strips of bacon and set aside.

2. Cook the two chicken breasts in 2 tablespoons of butter with salt and pepper. Set aside while you work on the sauce.

3. Cook your bowtie pasta according to the package directions so they will be ready when the sauce is ready.

4. For the sauce: Sauté three cloves of minced garlic in 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the milk, heavy cream, chicken broth and flour to the pan with the garlic and whisk until smooth. Cook on low heat until it thickens, whisking constantly.

5. Add in the Parmesan cheese. If the sauce gets too thick add in a little more chicken broth.

6. Add the drained bowtie pasta and toss to cover the noodles completely.

7. Stir in the parsley. Add more salt and pepper to taste preference.

8. Add the cut-up chicken breasts and diced up bacon and mix into the pasta mixture. Toss until everything is covered in sauce.

9. Serve hot with prepared garlic knots and enjoy!
