Blueberry Ginger Smoothie

CREAMY, SWEET AND WITH A LITTLE KICK, THIS BLUEBERRY GINGER SMOOTHIE IS A SIMPLE & DELICIOUS WAY TO START YOUR DAY.


PREP: 5 minutes


INGREDIENTS:

1 cup Coconut Milk or Milk of choice

1/2 cup Non-Fat Greek Yogurt

1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger, peeled and grated

1 tablespoon Fresh Turmeric, peeled and grated

1 cup Frozen Blueberries

1 tablespoon Honey


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.

2. Enjoy!
