Cheesy Beef Sandwich

Cheesy Beef Sandwich Recipe - stuffed cheesy bread with ground beef and cream of mushroom sauce. It's a CROWD favorite hot beef sandwich recipe.

PREP TIME: 10 minutes

COOK TIME: 15 minutes

TOTAL TIME: 25 minutes

YIELD: 6 Sandwiches


6 Hoagie Rolls

2 tablespoons Aocado Oil or any oil of your choice

1 pound Ground Beef

1 Small Onion, finely chopped

2 teaspoons McCormick's Montreal Steak Spice

1 Green Bell Pepper, finely chopped

1 clove Garlic, minced

10.5 ounce can of Cream of Mushroom Soup

2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce

Salt, to taste

Pepper, to taste

1-2 cups Cheddar Cheese, grated


1. To make Beef Sandwiches, first preheat 2 tablespoons of avocado oil in a skillet. Then, add 1 pound ground beef and small chopped onion, and saute fro 7-10 minutes over medium-high heat. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of Montreal Steak Seasoning.

2. Next, add 1 chopped bell pepper and 1 minced garlic clove to skillet. Cook for 3 minutes. Next, add 0.5 ounce Cream of Mushroom Soup (or use 1 1/4 cup homemade cream of mushroom oup) and 2 teaspoons or Worcestershire Sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.

3. Finally, turn off the heat and stir in 1-2 cups of cheddar cheese and stir until melted. Then, add cheesy beef mixture to the hoagie bread rolls. Serve warm. Enjoy!
