Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole



Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole takes you favorite gourmet dish and turns it into an easy weeknight meal! Perfect for the whole family and you can even freeze it for later! PREP TIME: 20 minutes

COOK TIME: 1 hour 5 minutes

TOTAL TIME: 1 hour 25 minutes

YIELD: 8 servings


INGREDIENTS:

-3 cups diced Rotisserie Chicken

3 cups diced Ham

2 cups shredded Swiss Cheese

1 (10.75 ounce) can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup

1/4 cup Water

1 (6 ounce) box Seasoned Stuffing Mix

1/3 cup melted Butter

Non-Stick Cooking Spray


DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.

3. Place diced rotisserie chicken into casserole dish.

4. Add diced ham.

5. Top with shredded Swiss cheese.

6. In a small bowl combine the cream of chicken soup and water. Pour over cheese.

7. Sprinkle stuffing mix over cheese.

8. Pour melted butter over stuffing mix

9. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 50 minutes.

10. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.

11. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
