Crock Pot French Onion Pork Chops Recipe! {4 Ingredients}


Get ready to enjoy some decadent chops when you make this super easy Crock Pot French Onion Pork Chops recipe!


PREP TIME: 5 minutes

COOK TIME: 4 hours

TOTAL TIME: 4 hours 5 minutes

Servings: 5 pork chops with sauce


INGREDIENTS:

-1 1/2 pounds Boneless Center Cut Pork Loin Chops, thawed (Approx. 5 chops)

-1 (10.5 ounces) can chicken broth

-1 (10.5 ounces) can Campbell's French Onion Soup

-1/2 cup Sour Cream


DIRECTIONS:

1. Pour the can of Chicken Broth into bottom of the Crock Pot.

2. Place the Pork Chops in the Crock Pot, and cook on LOW for 3 1/2 hours, covered.

3. After 3 1/2 hours on LOW, drain and discard the juices from the Crock Pot.

4. Mix together the French Onion Soup and the Sour Cream in a small bowl, and stir well until combined.

5. Pour the mixture over the Pork Chops, and cook on LOW for 30 more minutes, or until done. The Pork will be done when it reaches an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees Fahrenheit. Enjoy!!
