Crockpot Cheesy Potatoes

Easy, cheesy and a family favorite these Crockpot Cheesy Potatoes and no-fail recipe that is perfect for dinnertime, potlucks or when you're in a hurry and want to fix it and forget it.


PREP TIME: 5 minutes

COOK TIME: 4 hours 15 minutes

TOTAL TIME: 4 hours 20 minutes

SERVINGS: 6


INGREDIENTS:

1 (32 ounce) bag Frozen Diced Potatoes

1 medium Onion, diced

1 cup Sour Cream

1 (10.5 ounce) can Cream of Chicken Soup

1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder

Salt and Pepper, to taste

4 tablespoons Butter, melted'

2 & 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. In a Crockpot add your potatoes, onions, sour cream, soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, butter and 1 & 1.2 cups shredded cheese.

2. Place lid on and cook on LOW for 4 hours.

3. Remove lid and sprinkle with remaining cup of cheese and cover again for about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
