Easy Crock Pot Creamy Chicken Pasta Casserole

Are you looking for an easy Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken Pasta Casserole recipe that even picky eaters will eat? This easy chicken casserole with bowtie pasta takes five minutes to get started and only requires five ingredients. Definitely one of the best crock pot chicken casseroles we've ever eaten!

PREP TIME: 5 minutes

COOK TIME: 3 hours 30 minutes

TOTAL TIME: 3 hours 35 minutes

SERVINGS: 6 servings

INGREDIENTS:

2 large Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts

1 packet Italian Salad Dressing Mix

1 (10 ounce) can Cream of Chicken Soup

8 ounces Cream Cheese

16 ounce box Bow Tie Pasta

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:

1 medium Tomato, diced

Fresh Parsley, minced

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Place liner in Crock Pot if desired. Spray with cooking spray. Add Chicken Breasts. Sprinkle packet of Italian salad dressing mix over the chicken. Dump can of soup over chicken and set cream cheese on top. Cook on high for 3-4 hours until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Make pasta according to instructions on the box. Shred the chicken with two forks. Chicken should shred easily. Add cooked pasta to Crock Pot and stir well. Serve immediately or turn the Crock Pot to the Keep Warm setting.

3. Garnish with Fresh Diced Tomatoes and Parsley, if desired.
