Updated: Oct 4, 2021

PREP TIME: 10 minutes

COOK TIME: 25 minutes (45 minutes if you have to bake fries)

TOTAL TIME: 35 minutes to 55 minutes

SERVINGS: 4 servings

INGREDIENTS:

Half a bag of Frozen Zesty French Fries (or leftover cooked fries if you have them)

1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

6 slices Bacon

5 Eggs

1 tablespoon Seasoned Salt (or substitute salt & pepper)

1 tablespoon Minced Onion

1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Nonstick Cooking Spray

DIRECTIONS:

1. If you don't have cooked french fries already, bake french fries as directed on the package. (Takes approximately 17 minutes depending on what fries you buy.)

2. After the fries have cooked, if necessary, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

3. While fries are cooking, cook the bacon. Using a microwave safe plate, layer 2 sheets of paper towels to cover plate. Put bacon out without overlapping. Lay 1 layer of paper towels on top to cover. Microwave 4 minutes.

4. In a bowl, whisk 5 eggs, dry seasonings and onions.

5. In a 9x9 dish, spray nonstick cooking spray and put baked fries on the bottom.

6. Cut or tear bacon into pieces and place on top of the fries.

7. Pour egg mixture evenly over the fries and bacon.

8. Spread shredded cheese evenly and bake 20 minutes, Enjoy!
