Instant Pot Baked Potatoes Recipe


Put your Instant Pot to good use with these easy instant pot baked potatoes! They cook in 1/2 the time and come out fork tender and ready to eat!


PREP TIME: 5 minutes

COOK TIME: 20 minutes

ADDITIONAL TIME: 10 minutes

TOTAL TIME: 35 minutes

SERVINGS: 4 baked potatoes


INGREDIENTS:

1 cup Water

1/2 teaspoon Salt

4 medium (4 inch) Russet Potatoes


DIRECTIONS:

1. Place water, salt and trivet inside instant pot.

2. Wash potatoes and pierce all over with a fork.

3. Wrap each potato in foil.

4. Add potatoes to instant pot.

5. Close the lid and set pressure release valve to sealing.

6. Press manual or pressure cook button and set to 20 minutes.

7. Quick release pressure.

8. Remove the lid, unwrap each potato and serve.


NOTES:

1. Recipe may be doubled with the same cook time. Potatoes can be stacked on top of each other.

2. Increase cooking time to 30 minutes for large potatoes (6-inches or larger).
