Quick & Easy Chopped Chef Salad

Chef Salad - Packed with fresh veggies, deli meats, and cheese is a wonderful main dish salad that make for the perfect lunch or dinner option.


PREP TIME: 10 minute

COOK TIME: 0 minutes

TOTAL TIME: 10 minutes

SERVINGS: 4 salads


INGREDIENTS:


1 head Iceberg Lettuce, cut into 4 wedges and then shredded

1 Cucumber, cut into bite size pieces

1 Tomato, diced into bite size pieces

1 pound Deli Turkey Meat, rolled with ham and sliced

1 pound Deli Ham, rolled with turkey and sliced

1 small pouch Bacon Bits

1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

1/2 cup Ranch Dressing, or dressing of choice

4 eggs, diced (optional)


DIRECTIONS:


1. Take out the core of the lettuce and throw away the top leaf. Cut into 4 equal wedges and slice the lettuce. Wash lettuce and place in 4 salad bowls.

2. Wash and cut the cucumber into bite size pieces. Put in a line on top of the salad greens.

3. Wash and cut the tomatoes into bite side pieces. Put in a line next to the cucumber on top of the salad

4. Divide the bacon bits into 4 equal lines on the salad next to the tomatoes

5. If using, dice the egg and place in a row next to the bacon bits.

6. Roll 1 piece of turkey and 1 piece of ham together to make 8 rolls. Slice into bite size slices. Place the sliced deli meat onto the salad in a row next to the bacon bits or eggs.

7. Place 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese in a line next to the deli meat.

8. Finally, drizzle each salad with approximately 1/8 cup of Ranch dressing, or dressing of choice.

9. Enjoy!
