1 3/4 cup Milk

3 Large Eggs

2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard

1/4 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

3/4 cup Swiss Cheese, shredded and divided

Non-Stick Cooking Spray

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
