Slow Cooker Italian Crack Chicken



Slow Cooker Italian Crack Chicken is incredibly delicious filled with favorites like bacon, chicken, and gooey cheese! So easy to make with only 6 ingredient. It is low carb or keto friendly!


PREP TIME: 20 minutes

COOK TIME: 6 hours 15 minutes

TOTAL TIME: 6 hours 35 minutes

YIELD: 6 servings


INGREDIENTS:

3 large Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts

1 packet Italian Salad Dressing Seasoning Mix

1 (8 ounce) block Cream Cheese

2 cups shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

6 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled

2 tablespoon sliced Green Onions

Non-stick Cooking Spray


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Spray the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.

2. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.

3. Sprinkle chicken with Italian seasoning. Top with slices of cream cheese.

4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 6 hours.

5. With two forks, shred the chicken and stir well to combine with the cream cheese.

6. Top with the shredded cheddar cheese and cover until the cheese has melted.

7. Sprinkle the top with bacon and sliced green onions

8. Serve over low carb pasta, zoodles, or cauliflower for a delicious low carb meal. Enjoy!
