Spicy Black Bean Salsa

Black beans and chipotle chiles add a whole new dimension to this spicy and chunky salsa.


PREP TIME: 5 minutes

COOK TIME: 0 Minutes

TOTAL TIME: 5 minutes

SERVINGS: 12 servings


INGREDIENTS:

1 jar Homestyle Mild Salsa

2 cups canned Black Beans, drained and rinsed

1 (4 ounce) can Mild Diced Green Chiles

1 tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice

1 tablespoon Green Onions, sliced

1 tablespoon chopped Fresh Cilantro

1 tablespoon diced Chipotle Chiles in Adobo Sauce


DIRECTIONS:

1. Combine salsa, beans (rinsed and drained), green chiles, lime juice, green onions, cilantro and chipotle chiles in medium bowl.

2. Season with salt and ground black pepper.


TIPS:

1. Serve with blue corn tortilla chips and turn up the fun.
