Tuna and Vegetable Salad



PREP TIME: 10 minutes

COOK TIME 0 minutes

TOTAL TIME: 10 minutes

SERVINGS: 1 salad


INGREDIENTS:

1 (2.6 ounce) pouch Chunk Light Tuna in Water

2 cups Red And Green Butter Lettuce Mix

1/4 cup sliced Cucumber

1/2 cup sliced Carrot

1 Radish, sliced

4 Cherry Tomatoes, halved

2 tablespoons Sliced Almonds

2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinaigrette or Italian Dressing


DIRECTIONS:

1. Place the lettuce in a medium bowl. Top with the vegetables, almonds and tuna.

2. Drizzle the dressing over the salad, and toss well.
