Baked Garlic Brown Sugar Chicken


This easy garlic chicken recipe will have you wanting to make it over and over again, and wondering how just a few basic ingredients can make such a delicious meal.


PREP TIME: 5 minutes

COOK TIME 20 minutes

TOTAL TIME: 25 minutes

YIELD: 4-5 servings


INGREDIENTS:

4-5 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts

4 Garlic Cloves, minced

4 tablespoons Brown Sugar

3 teaspoons Olive Oil

Salt, to taste

Pepper, to taste

Non-Stick Cooking Spray


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 500° Fahrenheit and spray a casserole dish with cooking spray.

2. Saute minced garlic in the olive oil until transluced but not browned. Set aside.

3. Place the chicken breasts in the casserole dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides.

4. Mix brown sugar into the sauteed garlic and distribute evenly on top of the chicken breasts.

5. Bake, ucovered for 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken breasts are cooked through to 165° Fahrenheit. Serve warm and enjoy!
