Baked Home Fries Recipe

This is an easy way to make a great side dish for breakfast!


PREP TIME: 5 minutes

COOK TIME: 45 minutes

TOTAL TIME: 50 minutes

SERVINGS: 8


INGREDIENTS:

6 large Yukon Gold Potatoes

2 tablespoons Olive Oil

1/2 teaspoon Paprika

1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder

1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder

1 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Dice the potatoes into small evenly sized chunks. Mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, onion powder, salt and black pepper together. Coat potatoes with oil-spiced mixture and place in a greased 9x13 baking dish.

3. Bake in the preheated oven, turning once or twice, until golden brown and crispy, about 45 minutes. Serve warm and enjoy!
