Crock Pot Chicken And Gravy

This recipe for Crock Pot Chicken and Gravy is a family favorite. Chicken, gravy mix, cream of mushroom soup, and seasoning. Delicious and creamy!

PREP TIME: 10 minutes

COOK TIME: 8 hours

TOTAL TIME: 8 hours 10 minutes

YIELD: 4 servings

2 packets Chicken Gravy Mix

1 (10.5 ounce) can Cream of Mushroom Soup

2 cups Water

1 pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts

Garlic Powder, to taste

Salt, to taste

Black Pepper, to taste

Rice, Mashed Potatoes, Noodles or Biscuits; for serving

Sliced Green Onions, for topping

1. Season chicken breasts (both sides) with garlic powder, black pepper and just a tad bit of salt.

2. In your Crock Pot, whisk together the gravy packets, cream of mushroom soup, and water until smooth.

3. Add the seasoned chicken breasts. Be sure to get them covered completely in the gravy mixture.

4. Cover and cook on LOW for about 6-8 hours.

5. Once cooked, break chicken up into chunks sing a fork.

6. Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, noodles or biscuits topped with sliced green onions if desired.

**The chicken gravy and cream of mushroom soup already have salt in them, so don't go overboard on seasoning with salt (about 1/2 teaspoon should be plenty).

**Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, noodles or biscuits.
