Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Cookies

Homemade Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Cookies

PREP TIME: 10 minutes

COOK TIME: 9 minutes

TOTAL TIME: 19 minutes

YIELD: 18 large cookies

INGREDIENTS:

16 tablespoons SAlted Butter

1 cup White Wugar

2 cups packed Light Brown Sugar

2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract

2 large Eggs

3 cups All-Purpose Flour

1 teaspoon Baking Soda

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1 bag Dark Chocolate Chunks (or Milk Chocolate works)

1 bag Peanut Butter Chips

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat the oven 350° Fahrenheit.

2. Microwave the butter for 45 seconds. Use a whisk to finish melting. With a wooden spoon add the sugars to the butter in a large bowl. Add the vanilla extract and eggs and stir for 15 seconds.

3. With wooden spoon add the flour, baking soda and salt to the wet mixture until dough forms large ball. Add chocolate chunks and peanut butter chips.

4. Use a large ice cream scoop to scoop out cookie dough. Add 9 per cookie sheet. This recipe makes about 18 large cookies.

5. Bake for 9-11 minutes. (I prefer 9 and then I let them rest on the hot pan for a few minutes.)
