Easy Chicken Kebabs


Very tender and so flavorful, these Easy Chicken Kebabs are MUST TRY this summer! This is my go-to kebab recipe.


PREP TIME: 20 minutes

MARINADE TIME: 2 hours

COOK TIME: 15 minutes

TOTAL TIME: 2 hours 35 minutes

SERVINGS: 6 kebabs


INGREDIENTS:

2 pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast or Thighs, cut into medium pieces

1/8 cup Soy Sauce

1/8 cup Olive Oil

1 teaspoon Dried Oregano

3 Garlic Cloves, minced

1/2 Lemon, juiced

3 Bell Peppers (any color), cut into medium pieces

1 large Red Onion, cut into medium pieces

Skewers


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Place the chicken piece in a large bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix everything well. Cover, and refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours (the longer, the better). If using wooden skewers soak in water for 2 hours before assembling.

2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Arrange the chicken and peppers alternately onto the skewers.

3. Oil the grilling grate. Cook for about 7 minutes on each side, until the chicken is well done. Serve immediately!
