The perfect weeknight chicken dinner - Easy Oven Baked Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs Recipe.


PREP TIME: 5 minutes

COOK TIME: 40 minutes

TOTAL TIME: 45 minutes

SERVINGS: 5


INGREDIENTS:

2 lbs boneless, skinless Chicken Thighs

1/4 cup Dijon Mustard

1/4 cup Honey

1 tablespoon Olive Oil

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon Oregano

1/16 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (optional)


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. In a small bowl, combine Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano and cayenne pepper (if using).

3. Place chicken in a greased baking dish. Pour the sauce over it. Make sure it is evenly coated.

4. Bake chicken uncovered for 30-40 minutes, until the top is golden and internal temperature of the meat is 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

5. Take out of the oven and serve with rice, vegetables or potatoes.
