Pizza Pull-Apart Bread

The perfect pizza to have!

PREP TIME: 10 minutes

COOK TIME: 20 minutes

TOTAL TIME: 30 minutes

YIELD: 4 servings

INGREDIENTS:

1 loaf Crusty Bread

1/4 cup Butter

3 tablespoons Parsley, chopped

2 cloves Garlic, minced

2 cups shredded Mozzarella

1 cup Pepperoni Slices

1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

1/4 teaspoon dried Oregano

1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese

1 jar Pizza Sauce

DIRECTIONS:

1. Heat oven to 350° Fahrenheit.

2. Using a serrated knife, score the loaf of bread in a criss-cross pattern, making sure not to slice all the way through the bread. You'll be left with a diamond patter on top.

3. Melt 1/4 cup of butter with 3 tablespoons of parsley and 2 cloves of garlic. Brush the melted garlic butter over the entire loaf, making sure to get into the crevices.

4. Using 2 cups of cheese, press cheese into all the crevices, making sure that it's evenly distributed. Using 1 cup of pepperoni slices, press the pepperoni slices into the crevices, and into the cheese. Top with 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes, 1/4 teaspoon of oregano and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese.

5. Bake the bread until it's heated through and the cheese has melted entirely, 15-20 minutes. Serve hot with pizza sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
